One day coming home from work my ABS and Traction Control lights came on. Brakes were working fine so I shut off the car and back on again with no warning lights. But know at really low speeds my ABS engages and my drivers side front rotors was HOT, burned the !@#$ out of my finger. Brakes pads have decent life and I have changed that bearing once. What is the problem and anyone else had this problem?

Evan

Could be a loose wire going to the wheel speed sensor in the bearing.

That's what I'm thinking, but my my rotor was hot as balls! I have replaced that front bearing fairly recently so not sure if that led to the ABS problems.

P.S. I also own a 04 GP GT and a 00 VW Jetta TDI
