I believe I lost a pulley somehow and need to replace it. It is the idler pulley next to the tensioner. Where can I purchase this at?

Autozone. I don't have a part number, but I did have to replace it. I believe the one I used was from a 1998 Mercury Mystique (read: Mistake) 4 banger, but it was an identical match. Their system doesn't list it for the Grand Prix.

KJ, something I usually have done for years is always try to keep an extra belt. So when you find the right belt, get 2 of them. That saved my ass when the idler pulley stuck and melted the belt on my 96 Sierra that I used to have. I was able to at least get to the parts store like that and get it replaced. I THOUGHT I had extras of both V belts on the IROC the other day when my alt, W/P belt went out but I couldn't find it anywhere in my car (found the other one easily but it wasn't broke). If I find the damn thing in my truck when I go through it tomorrow I'm gonna be PISSED btw. The one time I didn't have it on me is when my belt broke. Just a word of advice. I'm definitely going to be sure to abide by my own advice from now on lol.
