Wait, wait, wait. You're not modded enough for a 3.5 anyways, so absolutely wait for the tune.

To be honest, any time you signifigantly up the boost/performance level of your car,you should be sure to have an appropriate Cal/adjustment to suit.
It's a lot more fun driving them than fixing them.

The drop from a 3.8 to a 3.5 on a Gen-V is a BIG drop. I will admit that I missed the mod list in the post, but in my opinion, you're gonna need more. I hope to be proven wrong, especially since I don't know as much about the L32 as the L67, but the smaller injectors of the L32 will limit your headroom.

I would have someone tune the living daylights out of it when you add the pulley. I personally think that with the headers you should be OK. Maybe add some rockers...? Otherwise, I think you'll be fine so long as you TUNE.

Wait for the tune!! I put on a 3.6 with intake, headers, exhaust, 180 tstat, and 104s and i was seeing ~3 degrees of knock. I ordered a tuned pcm and I wont even risk driving my car around till it comes here. I think i should be fine with the tune. I want to put on a 3.5 but i will prob need 1.9 rockers which i plan to do in a few months.

for the record everyone, the pulley was installed yesterday (along with tune). It's currently showing 0* of knock with the occasional cruise 1.5 highway knock. Guess I lucked out :)
thanks everyone
