Go with the 1.9's unless you have a cam. As far as a pulley i think you could safely tun a 3.3'. Or a 3.4 with lots of timing might be better.

Depending on how much timing you run, the 3.4 is your better bet. I was on stock manifolds, with 1.84 RRs, and ran 20* of timing with a 3.4" pulley KR free. Your mileage will vary, especially variant on the tune.

IIRC the split ratio rocker were for the NA cars only ... I don't think I've ever seen them used on a L67.

Before I went to the sx1 cam, I had the 1.84 and was able to go to 3.5 pulley, when I added the SLP headers I was able to run the 3.4

A set of 1.9 rockers would be better, but you can use the split ratio on a L67. I'd suggest swapping the intake and exhaust rockers.

For a non-supercharged car, the split ratio rockers use the higher ratio on the intake, and the lower ratio on the exhaust, trying to get as much air into the engine as possible.

With a supercharger forcing air into the motor, you'll get air in pretty fast anyway, but will need help to get the air out. So use the 1.9 rockers on the exhaust, and lower ratio on the intake.

the N/A cars use them to help the intake side take in more air the L67 cars have a giant spiny thing that helps them out lol

The rocker that sits directly above the spark plug is the intake valve rocker, and the one that sits directly above the exhaust manifold/header tube is the exhaust valve rocker. They line up straight vertically so it is pretty easy. And they alternate. Intake/exhaust/intake/exhaust/intake/exhaust.

What's "them"? If you're doing a 1.7/1.9 split on an L67, I'll bet a dollar that you see little gains (1.7 intake side 1.9 exhaust, this also sort of negates the the full flow potential for headers. You also have to remember that S/C adds heat so you don't want to bottleneck the intake side and cause even more heat buildup) or no gains or decrease due to increase in KR (1.9 intake side, 1.7 exhaust). But I'm also guessing that you don't have a baseline dyno before doing this so butt dyno would be the only thing to go off of. ;-)

Stretch's explanation is good. Once you have the valve cover off it's pretty hard to mess up which rocker/valve is which. Just look at the exhaust mani or even the injector bosses to figure out which valve is which.
