Does anybody have a repair book that shows times? I am trying to come up with a fair price to.charge to replace a broken flywheel . A local place told her right about a grand. Figured I could do it and save her some money and make a bit for myself while I was at it. (See tint, and tune, that need to be done, as well as paint.)

Well, you're either yankin' the engine or droppin' the trans. I'd say you could do it in a day if you have the tools. The price quoted by the shop would be about right then. Do it for $250 plus parts, and call it good.

I was thinkin about $300. Still pretty cheap for the amount of work. I am figuring on about 1 1/2 - 2 days.

I figure with only having the one floor jack I will probly go from the top side.

to R&R the engine is 4hrs then the fly wheel is another 1hr

so a total of 5 hr labor
