Ok I'm at work on my phone and tried to do a search, didn't come up with what I was looking for, but out of the blue yesterday my car started stuttering/popping from about 2800-3200 then at 4000-5500 doesn't really seem like a misfire it more of a pop and stutter, anyone have any ideas? I caught the code with my aeroforce it only blinked for a few seconds under heavier load, the only othe code I've gotten with the car is a Po420. Which I've just gotten rid of, any suggestions woul be greatly appreciated, I've seen it can be a large amount of things but maybe someone has had the same as I did

po300 is a misfire code so it sounds like you are infact experiencing some misfires. Your car will stutter when its misfiring. Check coil packs, plugs, wires. po420 is a cat-converter code so it might be bad. Misfiring cylinders can ruin your cat converter so its possible.

o ya and dont forget to put your aeroforce interceptor on to where it monitors misfires to see what that is saying.

I don't think my model monitors that, it's the first one with shift lights

if everything is fine, then spark plug wires need replacement, and it shows under heavy load.

Double check the plugs as well. Worn plugs can cause troubles as well.

I'm going to search what are the best spark plugs and go pick some up and try to change them today.

In your case, the plugs should remain stock...MAYBE one heat range cooler. The Autolite 605...I think.

ok, well i should have checked it all before I posted but I was workin a ton of OT, checked the other day, was changing plugs and the insides of wire #3 stayed on the plug, took wire off my work car and tried it to see if that was the only problem, problem solved changed all 6 plugs now and put new wires on, did a celebratory break lock.
