Did a routine plug change (AL103 at .045") and replaced with same plug at .050" per advice of a buddy who has 400+ hp gtx. Now the car runs like complete crap, bad idle and surge. The car bogs out under boost. What range plug should I run and what gap?

3.0 pulley
headers
xp cam
cat back exhaust. etc.
ZZP tune.

If it ran good with the AL103 at .045 gap then try that. How are the plug wires? It's possible you messed up a wire when you removed them to replace the plugs.
