Just seen this on zzp web site and just wondering if these things are worth the money?

it's essentially an intercooler that doesn't do anything

it is supposed to block heat from rising

cool, but any metal has thermal conductivity properties. so it will rise no matter what.

however it does look to be coated in something
an email they could probably tell you want it is

but w/e it is it would help slow the heat, but no matter what you'd get it

not to mention it makes your blower closer to the hood, and if you have an sd hood it may have a problem.

Right now, these are not properly fitting and would recommend against purchasing one until all of the problems have been ironed out. Go the the third page on this thread and you will see what I am talking about.
