You can buy a kit with aluminum LIM gaskets from ZZP with everything you'll need.

If you want to be thorough:
LIM gaskets (Get the aluminum ones or you'll be wasting your time and money)
S/C gasket with coolant orings
Coolant Elbows
Fuel injector Orings (at least for the bottom of the injectors since you don't need to remove the injectors from the rail, just remove them from the head/LIM)
RTV (GM's anaerobic sealer is what's supposed to be used but regular RTV can work as well)
Throttle body gasket
And since you'll be in the area I always change these as well:
Valve cover gaskets
Thermostat and gasket
It's also a great time to change out Dexcool for another type of coolant. Also a good time to change your plugs and wires if they need replaced.

I would reccomend not buying ZZP spark plug wires. Go with PRJ instead.
You can change your thermostat, but you won't get the full benefit of it without a tune to change the fan settings.
Since you're stock, I would go to the local parts store and pick up some stock temp AC Delco plugs
Also, the local parts store should cost a couple bucks less than ZZP's $8 for coolant elbows.

If you're starting to like ZZP, take a look at their reputation...

I also wouldnt worry about changing the supercharger gaskets, they can be reused.
