I had this issue start up about last week. When the gtp hits high rpms, it makes this awful "chirp" and prevents me from shifting. i tried greasing up the tensioners, checked all my pulley bearings and i don't feel any resistance. but i still feel the engine struggling half the time.***Also already changed both belts.

any comments would be appreciated.

That sounds mechanical to me.
I'm thinking a bearing ... maybe in the supercharger itself?

Sounds again like a bearing...

Check out the alternator. Take it off and see if anything is strange...

That sounds a lot like something in the bottom end. Kicker is...you don't accelerate quickly...and if the thing spun a bearing, it will accelerate slow. But, by the same token, it should sound like that at idle, too. Pull the oil filter, and see what is in it. Take a pic and show us.

took a "stethoscope" (radiator hose... empty radiator hose) and listened to all the pulleys. alternator seemed fine, and its putting out 14v

take the belts off and run it for a minute --- you'll eliminate all pulleys and SC that way. take it from there.

Yeah, this is true. He can get away with starting with a COLD engine, and then running it up through first gear and back, and will be OK. But, let's see a pic of what is in the oil filter.

Well now you know that it's on the S/C belt and not a spun bearing. Most likely an idler... Mine made a chirping noise that evolved into a grinding noise that evolved into locking and turning the plastic pulley into dust...

Yeah, I would agree with Mike here. The only other possiblity would be bearings in the blower. Typically, an idler bearing will make noise all the time. Spin the pulleys up in the blower belt system by hand, and see if any make noise or feel rough. If they do, replace them.
