I am running a MAP intercooler. Every day I am adding half a cup of coolant to my intercooler and is getting progressively worse. I've looked all over the car repeatedly including removing my front bumper to check all intercooler lines and so forth. I am afriad that my Intercooler is leaking inside my motor.

Has anyone had this problem before with MAP intercoolers or any other intercoolers? I hate to mess with the car since it is running the best that it has ever done before.

What Temp drop does the MAP intercooler provide?

Are you positive that you got all of the air out of the lines from when you first installed it? I know when my intercooler was installed I was adding water/coolant to it every other day just to keep it at the proper level. After a couple of weeks the level stayed constant and I haven't had to add anymore since.
