just installed speed daddy headers on my 04 GTP Comp G and had little issues out side of the egr tube! the issue is that the tube in the header that the egr tube goes into is too big, this issue seams to be common for the brand of headers and i was trying to figure out if theres a good fix outside of deleting the egr system

I would also say delete the EGR.

You can also RTV a penny over the hole in the lim and the hole in the rear header where the EGR tubes would have gone.

I'd honestly just get the exhaust and intake block off plates and save yourself the hassle. Couple that with RTV and it is sealed good.

it bolted on fine with the GTX. ask steve we had to pry the tube out

have a pic of the EGR set up on a 04+? might be a diffrent tube seeing as those headers where first made for the 97 3800 cars buy SLP in 1996 on the test mule. GM could have changed the EGR

I just used a piece of copper tubing and made a sleeve to fit over the EGR tube.
