I bought a stage 2 intercooler from Wbody store on black friday. The kit comes with a valve cover breather and ZZP says those require PCM tuning. What else needs to be done? I've heard the EGR should be taken out so you keep the intercooler clean and efficient. Is this right?

I have my egr deleted. No issues. You're also going to need alternator relocation brackets to make room for the raised blower. I just installed an SSIC and I had to shave the blower case just a bit for fitment since I didn't have the brackets. You won't be able to get away with that on an S2. You'll also need the throttle body turndown adapter from zzp, or cradle spacers so your throttle body doesn't contact the hood. Otherwise you'll have to just go hoodless :-P

Well yea I plan on going hoodless, that is what the aluminum valve covers are for.

Thank you for that info!

Is there any real PCM tuning involved with the intercooler or the PVC delete? I have an Overkill PCM so I think the EGR codes have been deleted already.

Yes, PCV being deleted will only set off the CEL, you don't really need to tune for that, but you need to tune for your I/C. what's the point of having it if you don't?

You don't "need" to tune for an IC, but you can further take advantage of your setup with more aggressive timing and/or a smaller pulley since the IC is good for getting rid of KR

That is a good point. I've been planning on getting a DHP tuner for awhile now and this just means I really want one before summer rolls around.

So far this is the list of what I'm planning to get to install my IC:
2" taller ZZP Fuel Rails
Gen5 M90 turn down adapter
Alternator relocation brackets
DHP tuner
Fuel Line tool

Does that sound pretty close to the list? $1100 roughly with the cheap rails and tuner.
