I just got done installing new intake gaskets, plenum gasket, pcv valve, valve cover gaskets, water pump, and cam sensor on my 04 GTP. At first start up, the car missed really bad, like it was only running on 4 cylinders. I did the usual checks, everything checked out ok. check engine light was on with a P0300 code: misfires. I noticed it was puffing a lilttle sweet white smoke, so i thought maybe i screwed up the plenum gasket, so i took the supercharger back off. everything checked out ok. I went deeper, checking out the lower intakes gaskets..still found nothing, but bought new ones just in case. Checked all vacuum hoses, i have spark, fuel, etc. upon start up again, the car misses just as it did before.

Could this be a bad cam sensor? my thinking is if it was it wouldnt even start up.

Im at the end of my road with this car. ive had nothing but problems with it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This may seem too simple, but are the plug wires in the right order? I've mixed them up and I know others that have mixed them up as well.

Vacuum leak, likely. Visually inspect all the vacuum lines as best you can.

Or spray carb cleaner around the vacuum lines and LIM, if the idle changes you have a leak.

Double check the plugs. Physically pull them and double check your gap. You might also double check the EGR tube. They will leak sometimes after reinstalling it in the LIM.

Did you spray carb cleaner around the fuel injector holes to check for leaks there?
