Made some slight changes, and a few road trips, and the belt is looking good. Got it tracking straight and the belt is no longer getting tore up on the edges.

Maybe a new video to come soon. This time I will have my buddy come help me with his digital camera, as his has a much nicer camera and a better microphone in his than mine. That way you can get a better idea of its real sound from behind your computer.

In person...it sounds like a turbo spooling as I rev it.

It whistles while it works, la-la-la-la-la.

LOL

So much boost, blew off a vacuum line when I went to pass two semi trucks before I got into the hills of the Ozarks. Zip-tie saved the day.

Its working fine, and not trashing any belts now. I probably have around 3,700 miles on this belt, and though the back side (smooth side) is slightly worn some, the teeth of the belt are holding up just fine. I am talking with the belt manufacturer to make me a belt that can wear nicer on the back side, since the belt I am using was not meant to have pulleys ran on the back side of it.

But getting full boost is nice, and freaking crazy when it down shifts at 40 when you mash the gas, instant boost, and torque steer like a mo-fo. LOL

Like I said I made 416 at the wheels. Not a massive number's but the car ran low 12's all day on street tires. On a car with the options we have I think 12's are worth braging about

for a v6 on DOT radials is damn good.

Like I said before nothing is meant as an insult, I just dont know shit about the 3.8 after 1987.

Dude these engines have nearly as much potential as any chev small block. I landed 540 horse AT THE WHEELS with a huge turbo (and supporting mods). Sadly, the tranny shit its pants. I dont't know why GM quit the production of such a great motor.
