Noticed that we did not have one of these on the forum and was hoping to make it a sticky.

This morning I was trying to think what pulley I needed to replace the one on my car and realized that I couldn't remember the size and that I'd need to go searching through here to find it. Well, I decided to put this together while I was at it. I've done my best with what I could find but would appreciate it if anyone with a WBS or Thrasher IC could post up their information to help complete the list. The other ICs are pretty well documented.

Also included is the metal pulley diagram that Ydtrack posts so that folks have that handy too.

I also added these belt part number examples. Just replace the XXX with the indicated belt size and you should get your number. Again, any corrections or additions to this list are welcomed as this is a work in progress.

Very usefull

I was just looking at belts, and the Gates site list 670 for a 04 (Stock) SC belt. Also Rockauto shows gates/Dayco/AC Delco as 670.How does this compare to the 665 listed? Which is right?

Either will work. I used a Gaterback 667 and Gates/NAPA 667 as well, both worked with stock 3.8" Pulley.

I have an 04 GTP running 3.6" pulley. Should I be using the 660 or the stock size belt?
