my 2001 had an electric smog pump and hoses going to the cross over pipe to help light off the cat at cold start up. that is the only diffrence between fed emissions and cali

i am being honest there is no gain at all removing emission equipment the smog pump rbs no power becuase it is only an electric motor, the EGR helps fight KR at cruise, and removing the cat is illegal by fedral law
