honestly.. i wouldnt go any deeper in porting or even smaller pulley size without the IC

i mean you can try but i dont recommend it

all the power you have right now will raise up with the intercooler and you get the advantage of going smaller in pulley sizes

again JMO

I am looking for all the power & performance possible without the major complication of the intercooler...

then youre pretty much stuck unless you get a cam. and if you think an intercooler is a complication youre not gonna wanna do a cam either.

water/ methanol injection. water just cools the mix, but methanol cools the mix and burns like higher octane fuel.

it is a pain to tune for, and an intercooler install is not that hard, its just time comsuming. and ic woudl allow you more room to mod further and woudl be better.

it is near impossible to tune methane w/ a supercharger

it is more effective on a turbo car anyways

CAM it

Scratch the electric water pump, it is not needed. Also, there is no point in porting the LIM unless you plan on porting the inlet and outlet on the s/c housing. Besides, in what it would take for you to put the ported LIM on, you would be halfway there to completing an I/C install. Don't forget about some copper spark plugs that are 2 heat ranges colder than stock. Most go with the autolite 104's.

Still missing the spark plugs, unless you forgot to list them. Also, the ported s/c housing would help. Like everyone else already said though, you're pretty much stuck unless you want to intercool or cam...

Yeah, I think the intercooler really would be the best bet. From experience, everyone have good luck for year round use? Also, which kit does everyone prefer?

I am looking at purchasing the ported supercharge housing kit from WBS, inlet and outlet work both. Would there be an advantage on my vehicle to have the inlet custom ported to 78mm to match the billet 78mm throttle body? Please advise.

When used properly and all the safety devices are in place it can be safe.

If you wanna know about the affects of the zex kit, talk to glanzer, he used to run it on his other car.
