Installed my boost gauge (mechanical) and at idle I have 5 vacuum. When I am driving and the DIC boost gauge is full the after market reads about 5 - 7. When I go almost WOT (Not going WOT due to kr) I was able to get it up to 15 PSI... And im on the 3.8 still with headers and VS cam....

I believe so most would have already dropped down to a 3.6 or even a 3.5 depending on knock.

I am not a supercharged guy, but the vacuum looks very low at idle. Mine is around -18 at idle. Also I though the 15psi number seemed extremely high for a 3.8 pulley. Also, unless I am mistaken both cam and headers would drop the PSI, because they are both breathing mods and getting the pressure down in the chamber. But, what do I know? LOL

Exactly. Do you guys think if maybe there is a small kink in the line? But why would the boost continue to raise double what it should be at??

I think we need to get your tune sorted out. Something is way off.

Well me and some guys are planning to make a run down to intense and get a dyno. Hopefully in a few weeks or so. But If I can get my shift covered friday were going to do a tear down and take a look. We think that the timing might be slightly retarded.

Hey now Derek. Don't talk about yourself that way. If your car wouldn't have died that night at superfly maybe we could have scanned it and tried to see what's going on.

We talking a ZZP tune here, or something with a good reputation for not blowing up cars?

What experience do you have with a ZZP tune blowing a car up? My car is still on a mail order turbo tim tune and it rips. Please indulge us with your tuning wisdom Mr. SlowNA06.

Ditto. And most if not all the trans error codes are disabled so if something does go wrong in the trans you may never know about it unless you fell/hear it first. However, any box tune isn't going to be without it's problems in the performance area of things since no car is exactly like the other from factory let alone once mods start getting added so there will always be problems with a box tune like ZZP's pcm's. Custom tune FTW!!!!

We will go soon enough, if we can sort your car out we can both do our pully drops then.
