no dont do it. Wait until the day before, or even the day that your goin to change your oil, then put a little bit in. It is actually pretty strong and can cause damage if its too strong, or left in there too long

If you run it through the vac line wouldn't you need to change the oil afterwards too ? I'm just curious because my car just rolled over 174k. I've had it since 79k and never ran seafoam through the vac line I've always just put it in the gas tank.
