Today it took 26 minutes, give or take a minute, and that was from jacked up to hood closed. Let the race begin!

Best I ever did was about ten minutes. Figure a hair less. I love cars you don't need ramps or anything for.

My car is too way low so that's impossible to change oil without ramp lol

Probably 20-30 minutes as I take it easy.

My car is too low to get under and it's stock and Joe, are you changing oil on a lifted truck?

usually around 25-30 minutes. I have a bad habit of tightening the oil filter too tight every time so it's a bitch to get off. Usually results in ripped up knuckles and oil all over the floor.

Mine take about 30 minutes, but I wait let the oil finish dripping out before i close-refill, sometimes this takes longer then 30 mins.

Mine take about like most about a half hour sometimes more if I am doing it on something that has lots of grease fittings, although I am sure I have done them in like 10 or so if I am in a hurry ( and everything is good and hot so the oil drains out quick! )

I hate changing it while the oil is hot!

5 mins in the truck

what made it stupid easy was the easy access to the filter and not having to jack it up

I think it's easiest to pull the passenger tire on our cars

Nope, I am changing it on my Volvo. As far as oil filter tightness, I go until it starts to tighten up, and give it a little more by hand. Never had a problem with it leaking, or removing it.

It takes awhile to drain 8.5 quarts out of the G8. Shit I think it takes me 10 minutes just to get in the car in the air!!

idk about my oil changes. But before i started college (2 weeks ago) i worked at a mechanic shop, and our fastest time to mount and balance four tires was 6 minutes from the time it started going up on the hoist to the time it touched the ground

Didn't take me very long when I was at Fort Knox. Still doesn't take long with the truck. And it's stock height. I didn't even have to lift it up when I changed the starter. Camaro takes a bit longer just cause I have to get it up off the ground.

2 hours for a oil change is this on the Gp?? Maybe your first time but I usually just turn wheel to the right and reach in through the pass. wheel well and removed the filter. Takes about 20 mins or so from start to finish.

Yeah, I did it on the ground when I had the Cutlass in fifteen minutes or so doing that. No need to pull the RF tire.
