So this is the difference between a 03 and older, and a 04+ valve cover gasket. I thought they would work with eachother, until I pulled mine apart, and the new one didn't fit.

Top one is 04+

Bottom one is 03 and older.

The black one is the front gasket for the 04+.. so the blue one doesn't work, unless the blue one would work on the rear of the 04+

Valve cover gaskets from the 03 and the 04 is the same the one on the top is for a supercharged engine hince the extra bends due to the injector being in the heads the lower is for a non-supercharged motor which the injectors are located in the lower intake manifold.

yupp the blue gasket is for a L26/36 and the black mofo is for the L32/67

Well, I needed the black mofo, and Anthony hooked me up with the blue mofo. Thanks anyway. I had to go to the stealership, since my car was ripped apart in the garage, and buy in single one for $26.00
