out of everyone who has this problem, I was wondering, how many of you have tinted windows?

Normally you're gonna hear if you have something stuck in the molding between the glass when you start rolling it up or down.. if you hear it, obviously stop rolling it up/down till you can clean it.

I have the same issue the driver side window has scratches from the top to bottom... I did clean the weatherstripping.. maybe its a manufacturing thing on these cars.. I find the windshield also has light scratches... 04+
