Very cool and innovative idea, not my cup of tea. But I love how you're thinking out of the box!

Nice... There is a thread in the G8 forum about this very thing.

Hard to see but are they UNDER the light assembly itself or just in front of?

Also, did you hook them up to be on whenever the lights are on or can you turn them on/off as you desire?

Yeah I got the idea from a member that did it to thier G8

It was a long night at the shop with some friends, and some drinks haha so these are a drunk proof install haha

so far they are wired into the fusebox with the lowbeams, but I will be putting a switch in for them in the coming weeks, along with hooking up my fogs.

I attached them to the bottom of the headlight, as it was easier to make sure they are even.

I find they look kind of blue though(almost like a 6-8k HID) so I think im going to have to get HIDs to match :D

Yeah I did this a while ago, right after Don got his for his G8. I just posted my pics in that post, but here they are again:

If you want them to be on all the time without wiring them into your low beams, you can also wire them into the ignition fuse, which is what I did. HIDs definitely look better with them, I have 12000k in my low's and fog's.

Paler, I agree with you on them lookin' sick on the top like some eye brows. However, to do that they'd have to be installed inside the headlight. I didn't feel like baking my headlights to do that LoL.

I was tossing the ol' idea football around and I thought it would be sweet if the white leds were under the headlights and then have a shorter strip of amber off to the outer edges where the turns are and wire them to blink with the turns.

Subtract 32 from F temp, multiply by 5 and then divide by 9.

or multiply C by 9, divide by 5, add 32
