The story goes i bought it out the auction with only 80K miles i just got it last night and i took a lot of pics showing how it came and all the work i did in just one day i been waiting for a while and i love the car took it in to the auto store to get it checked for any error codes and NONE AT ALL came up, but here she is. Her name is PAM

So does that harness make it so that you basically have your stock headunit some where in the car plugged in at the same time making the DIC date work?

Yes. Basically its a retention harness so you can relocate the factory radio under the seat or to the trunk its long enough to reach the trunk so i suggest that and you keep all the DIC info door chimes and more its one of those must haves for retaining info

Look good. Kind same way I did to my DD car. It was beat up and dirty at dealership. So I clean it up and got a good same color parts to replace from junk yard.

ok so i know this is a little bit old, but what is the name of the harness mentioned above to keep the DIC info and chimes, but can use an after market radio?

i would love to buy that, but i have never heard of it.
