Haven't posted here in forever so here is an update. You probably haven't seen the red one, might only remember the black one (if you even remember at all, I didn't post here a lot)

I'll start with the newer car. 00 Red TGP.

Engine: L26 block w/ L67 heads, cometic gaskets w/ ARP studs, T66 turbonetics, 3" downpipe to 3" e-cutout, ST3 cam, 130# valve springs, treadstone IC, HKS SSQV bov, Turbonetics WG, methanol injection, L26 upper w/ HV3 insert, ported L67 tb, Yella Terra 1.6 roller rockers, 65# injectors, 255 lb/hr FP w/ rewire, Meziere electric wp, aluminum valve covers.

Tranny: 1" GMR chain - 3.29, ZZP input shaft, ZZP pump shaft, Thrasher shift kit.

Appearance: SD fiberglass hood, SD air dam, CCG grills, Spyder projectors w/ 8000K 55w HID's, P6 Projector fogs w/ 8000k 55w HID's, SLP gen 1 spoiler, 18" ZEN ZR5 rims. Have a plate filler I need to paint.

Suspension/Brakes: Homemade front coilovers using AGX struts w/ 350# QA1 springs, AGX/vogtland in rears, Progress solid front sway bar, GMPP rear sway, GMPP trailing arms, 12" 2 piston front LS1 calipers, drilled f/r rotors.

Interior: AVIC-D3 dvd/nav double din headunit, dual aeroforce, boost, oil pressure, fuel pressure and wideband o2 gauges. Nothing serious in sound, not into trunk rattling - Dual 12" MTX subs powered by small-ish Kenwood amp. Front and rear bose speakers ran through crossovers powered by Xplod 4ch amp.

I'm hoping to get some better pictures this weekend possibly for calendar shots.

I'm currently getting the rest of engine parts powdercoated so I'll have engine shots when it's done.

With the coilovers down, they can go 1/8" lower maybe. Air dam isn't screwed in there so it looks off.

Interior. Don't have any pics of the finished dash yet, car is back at home while I'm at school for now.

Coilovers (I'll post a new thread with lots of pics)

NOW, my first GP ever, a 97 GTP. Mods made it's way from this car to my red car so they'll look similar. Anyway, first few mods were 3.4 and supporting mods. Then I started gathering parts to drop down to a 2.8 or so, SBC cam, intercooler, headers, etc etc. Then decided to go turbo instead and had to sell those parts off.

Major mods were PT61 turbo, CT intercooler, st2 cam, methanol injection, 105# valve springs, 42.5's, on a stock 130,000 mile tranny. (still going strong today actually with a stock GTP engine in it). SSC's, upgraded sways and T/A, slp gen 1 spoiler, projectors, etc.

This is what she looked like before deciding to spin a rod bearing.

Now it's just a stock GTP w/ fwi. Used as a DD to go back and forth from school and work on weekends.

So that's basically it. Upgrades I have planned for the red one are stainless brake lines, GXP rear 12" brakes, GXP seats, maybe some LED taillights, different exhaust tips and an engine harness and vacuum line tuck.

I haven't got it dyno'd yet no. I think I collapsed a lifter after the last drags so I haven't had time while at school to fix it yet.

If I can get it up and running this year and make sure my meth is working then I hope to get to a dyno and see what she does.
