I was a nice 70 degrees outside yesterday afternoon, so I decided to take a few pictures of my car before I store it away for winter. They’re not the best pics but it’s something for now until I can get a new camera. Enjoy.

Some of you wanted to see a video with the Pace Lights on, so here you go. The camera couldn't capture all the strobe flashes, but you get an idea.

Before I get asked this question…this is not an actual pace car from Nascar. I have a few cousins that own collector Trans Ams and they get together with friends whom own a wide range of Pontiacs. Every weekend or so, the group gets together to drive around town, attend car shows or sometimes different racing events at the track. Every time we got together, they always chose me to lead the group when we cruise around town. I’ve always been a big fan of pace cars. So one day, I joked around and said I should be the Official Pace Car for the group. They took that comment serious and since then I added a few things to the vehicle such as graphics, complete Whelen pace strobe system and custom trunk lid panel.

Good question...its neither actually. Haha. If you read the small paragraph above, you see how the pace car inspiration came to be. :-)

Nice one! Always good to see something a little different, and the story that goes with it.
