Got a long trip tomorrow, so decided to give my car a good clean, first chance I've had this year!

New rear inlay. The red lamp below the bumper is the foglight.

Cheers Rick. What you can't see in the pics are all the little stone chips all ovet the front end, and a few scrapes on the bumpers that I inherited with the car. Not too bothered at the moment as my main priority is keeping her running! Touched in all the chips prior to polishing; took forever! You can't see 'em until you're close up to the car.

Very nice!!! And I love the rear foglight  I love driving around in inclement weather with mine on and people pull up next to me and tell me my left brake light is stuck on. I just laugh and tell them it's a Euro thing.

Seen so many crap rear light set-ups on American cars, to meet Euro law, some conversions are just plain stupid.

This fog light was already fitted when I got the car. What would have been my reversing lights are now my indicators, and fitted with orange bulbs, as are my clear front corners. Haven't currently got reversing lights; according to my MOT tester if it hasn't got them he can't test them!

She looks great!! Clean as hell, especially for a 98.

I'm long overdue for a true cleaning. First step is cleaning some inner wheel well rust on the rear drivers side. Ugh!

Very clean Gaz!

You know I was actually think about this the other day and I wanted to ask you...Matt stopped by to drop something off and I asked him if his tails had a rear fog ligt built in, which they do, as he already pointed out. I was curious to see what you had set up for a rear fog light on your car.

It's a Euro thing, Pat.

Kyle, the lights were already sorted for UK use when I got it so not sure about wiring. They work, so that's all that concerns me at the moment! We have to have all the lights adapted for use in the UK; my Cadillac was Euro-spec so the lights were ok, but I've seen many US-spec cars that have been butchered to make the lights legal.

Being where it is mine is legal without being obtrusive, but is wired into the front foglights, so while it is legal I can still get stopped for having a rear foglight on when it's not foggy. Basically I just don't use 'em!

I bet you catch some flak for having the NASCAR stickers on your car. From what I can tell, anything American isn't too popular in the UK haha.

True, but always turns heads when I go by. Often see people mouthing P-O-N-T-I-A-C as I drive around, haha!
