Agreed. But Kyle is only 21. Around that age, I went through that phase of wasting money also. Looking back at it, I regret digging myself into such a deep hole. At that age, I was making just over $1,100 a WEEK (take home!) getting paid every Friday. By Wednesday, I was ALWAYS broke.. If I could do it again, I would have bought a brand new car, not modded it at all, kept it, never bought a bike, and saved as much money as I could for a house... As now I realize there are things 11ty billion times more important than anything on wheels..

Only 2k in tax returns? I've NEVER received that low of an amount. Last year we got around 8k, year before that we got over 10k.. this year only 4k tho.. Just did my taxes last Friday.

Just sold my uprgraded struts I had bought for the STi (bought coilovers before Christmas). Another $700 in my pocket ftw. I should be getting a hair over $900 back once I file my tax returns.

Still haven't made a decision, but I've been saving specifically for something like this since I bought the STi, aside from saving from my future. If something decent comes up I'll probably get it. If not I'll just take some HPDE courses and go from there.

Single and not a homeowner... I'm guessing I'll get over 2k this year since I have more income than I used to, but I'm also gonna be no where near 10k. I've already got big plans for my tax return
