If you stick with it results will com quickly. ive known a few people who done it, and the transformation was amazing. It is very challenging but if you hang in there you will be pleased.

It's a good system, however you're not going to see very good results unless you change your diet to go along with it. Eventually you could end up with the same build, but without the diet it's going to take a lot longer. Same with any workout, the diet is the main ingredient.

Before you waste the money though, you can find the complete system elsewhere if ya wanna try it first.

The system kicks ass. I need to get back to it. I did it a few years ago and saw a huge difference after only one month and not doing everything. Then work got in the way and I never got back on the schedule. I've tried a few times, but knowing where I once was, it's hard to start at the beginning again. The last couple of times I tried though, I thought that I was having a heart attack. Now my wife won't let me do it after the scare I gave her the last time.

We had a P90X challenge at my job, the results ARE incredible, but I can't say I would be up to the requirements. I'm not a fan of physical pain and fatigue. If I was doing it with a group of people it'd be different because I wouldn't want to look weak  It's easy to just say "Forget this, it hurts" and walk away.

The results of successful transformations don't lie, it works.

I did it for just over a month earlier this year. I did the diet also, but modified it, as some of the things in the diet plan, we can't get around here. I ended up losing 24 lbs quickly.. but once I tore my rotator cuff, I stopped. I ended up gaining 30lbs back.. I'm getting back on that horse on Monday. You aren't that overweight at 5'11 212. Christ, I'm 5'9 and 292 :) Apparently I look more 'built' tho.. either that or everyone lies to me lol. I plan to get down to 240 this year.

I'm 6'0" and was at 203lbs when I did P90x. After 1 month of half-assing P90x I was down to 177lbs and had a ton of extra energy. It works, period. However, it's not easy, it WILL kick your ass. That's why it works.

Correct. When you think you can't do it anymore that day.. you have to keep pushing, and work through the entire workout.

I need to get back on the weights myself. I learned in basic that without using weights, at best I maintain strength, and likely lose some. When I got to basic I did over 60 pushups in a minute. By the end of basic (we weren't allowed to lift weights) I only did 40 or so in 2 minutes. Keep in mind we got smoked all the time, in addition to the PT we did every morning. Got to AIT, we were allowed to lift weights again, and I doubled my pushups and situps on the PT test at the end of AIT, as well as cut over a minute off my run time.

I don't go for max on weights though, I do lots of what we call burnouts. I'll work my way up in the weight (lower # of reps each time), then drop down on the weights and then at the very end do a set weight and just try to pound out as many as I can before I stop.

I have had a lot of friends use it and get incredible results but as stated you have to stick with it. Me and my girl were just talking about starting it too as we both need to get back in shape.

My uncle uses it, I don't have room to do it in my house.. I wish I did because it really does work. I really don't have to go too crazy because I go faithfully to the gym everyday unless I am unable to.. Living every day in pain isn't fun, But when you are dedicated its a walk in the park..

I started working on some of it yesterday and what little I did I already felt.

Did some more today, not pushing myself just yet, but it's horrible to see how squishy I am
