I am terrible at math too, it took me two tries to pass calc 1, but I did it. At first it's pretty easy, but when you get into the advanced rules it's pretty rough. Always always always make sure you completely understand what's going on before the next sessons lesson or else you'll hate life and you'll always be lost.

Exactly what she said. Make sure you understand whats going on at all times. Take a TON of notes, and write things the way you will remember them. If you dont get something stop and ask right away. If you fall behind in that class it will be hell.

I've had too much Calc in my schooling career, enough to know that I hate it

When you start though, hit me up with any questions you might have. If I don't know walk you through a problem, I know people/sources that do.

It was either online through a different Kent campus or on campus with an Asian professor I had 4 years ago for algebra/trig who was horrible..it was the lesser of the 2 evils. I wanted to take it as s pass/fail course but it's standard letter grade only.

Success will be directly proportional to the number of problems worked.

If your textbook has a section in the back with answers for some problems you definitely want to work as many of those until your answers match.

Definitions Matter! Math is not as sloppy as English Lit, Economics or Sociology when it comes to what words mean. So pay attention.
