I do. My stock blower is a gen 5 M62 with a modular pulley kit. Likely will be going back on at some point.

Harrop TVS @ 305whp. Now broken and running like ass.

I will admit, main reason for joining was the GM service manuals epic win.

I do like a few German autos such as BMW 3 series, or maybe a VW TDi, but IMO they want too much money for them. Even high mileage ones are still commanding a hefty price tag.

Plus atleast V dubs in my experience are not very well built. I have had more then one V dub come into work and I go to pull the dip stick and the whole heat baked plastic tube rips off the motor.

Most VW owners (not enthusiasts) <<< Actual VW vehicles. I will openinly admit that I hate most VW owners becuase they all have a huge ego thinking that mommy and daddy bought them a BMW or Merc. But the 25% that actually know a thing about these cars and care about them makeup for the majority of idiots and blonde bimbo's in a Beetle.
Any car is going to be a POS if the owner beats the shit out of it. And if any of those idiots that come in are putting regular dino oil in 1.8T's (2.0 and 2.5 N/A's not so much) they should be shot in the face.

I like Das Auto, but I dont think I could own one. too high maintenance for me bro :p

I like kyle's scooby. It's pretty quick and only gonna get faster. It's as fast as my cobalt now thanks to my head problems and loss of power. So I show respect, but subarus arent my style. Expensive and not very fuel efficient. Cost alot of $ to make power too.

My car is staying around most likely. Probly will end up pulling the head and fixing/upgrading some stuff.

Get some head studs along with thinner metal head gaskets to increase the compression ratio a bit if you havent cammed it already, it'll be a nice time to do so also
