Hey, the name's Brian. I'm almost 18. I'm working on buying a 99 Grand Prix GTP. Needs a little tlc. I'm getting it for $1500 because it was ran up on a curb and they dont know whats wrong with it. So i think i will benfit in the end. But I will get pix of the car up soon.

Yeah, BTW Its got some dumbass ugly 20's on it right now, it got ran up on a curb, and now it makes some awful noises in gear. So if anyone knows what might have gone wrong let me know, personally i think it sounds like an axle or a half shaft.

Welcome Brian! .. Ugh... got run up on a curb? at what speed.. Worst case your probably need a new subframe, axle shaft, wheel bearings, tie rod ends , Struts, New wheels, These 20's are most likeky bent...

Get it up on a lift with someone who knows GP's. See what's needed, then give Ed Morad (From Ohio) a call and tell him what you need. He is the GP commuinty's parts guru. He sells on eBay too. But if you call him he'll probably work out a package deal depending on what you need.

I hope thats all. I was thinking worst case would have been replacing the trans. And Their keeping the 20's. I think that set is awful, plus i'm going in the 18's area since i'll be lowering it.
