greetings fellow pontiac enthusists. my name is tyler. ive owned pontiacs almost exclusivley since 1989. i have a 1985 trans am, and a 2007 grand prix. i am joining the forum today to try and solve a problem i've recently encountered. my grand prix will not reach full boost at wide open throttle. i was wondering if there were any places i needed to look prior to taking it to a mechanic. any advise appreciated. thanks

Check your tensioner, idlers, and look for signs of belt slipage.
