Sorry duh me. I just saw your sig. I didn't realize you change front bumper too. I saw pictures that you change rear bumper so I figure you know what I'm talking about. Yes, I'm asking about rear bumper. Sure, it will helpful to see the pictures for what are you doing with that to solve the loose problem.

does that make sense? also make sure the 4 mountin tabs on the bottom of the bumper are connected to the frame... look below/behind the rear bumper where the fascia section is there are 4 "u-shaped" kinda tabs that connect with plastic rivet type things that need to be attached to the frame (wow does that even make sense haha)

I remove 2 rear inner out of wrecked gt car. It is only cost me 18 buck. :D It is fit perfect on my car. I wonder if your bumper still shake during wind? It might be cause your new paint crack. Other member on clubgp got dual exhaust on his SE but didn't have rear inner or something to hold on. It was shake and he has some paint crack. :(

I remember seeing you build up that SE on ClubGP..car has come a long way that's for sure, just not diggin the tires/rims, everything else is sweet, love that shocker pic lol!
