I am trying to see what people have done to their cars that make them faster and look better. The only think I have so far is an intake and super 44 mufflers. I would like to add a little more horsepower/torque plus some appearance features. If anyone has any ideas that would be helpful.

downpipe, catback exhaust, cutout, flipping your motor mount and porting would also be a few power adders. STB bars for suspension.

I am not sure who sells the GXP parts or who is the best for our cars since I am still new with this car. If you could give me some website that would be great and some possible prices.

I think we should include these links in the FAQ's section. It would be a good place for people to start.

I am looking to add around 100 wheel hp and then go for all appearance. Any ideas besides the pcm/ecu I am ordering that either this week or next week. Any good headers for the car? or something like that.

100 easy way NOS!!!. lol. Probally have to go with tune, rockers/springs/pushrods, downpipe, Ported intake, T/B and then get a dyno tune with HP tuner to take car of programming for the new mods that will cause some issues with stock programming and probally atleast one of these things will set a CEL. You could port you factory exhaust manifolds. Exhaust cutout, Cold air intake/fenderwell intake. T/B spacer. I got about 20hp from my tune. There have been dyno test showing around 20hp for rockers. supposidly about 5-10hp gain on a stock intake & T/B. with the T/B spacer. NOt sure about the down pipe and porting.

I should think that you could use a hotter LS1 cam in that thing, too. You'd lose the DOD/AFM, but would pick up good power. Shave the heads, P&P the heads/intake manifold, build headers, or P&P the factory mani...then...tune. And save for a built trans.

There really isnt any made special for the LS4. Look for parts that fit the LSX cars.

We could swap a cam but from the people who have done that with out trany modds, when your running hard at the 1-2 shift you drop out of the power band.

I really think with the full list of bolt ons for the LS4 right at a 100HP can be picked up with out opening her up past the valve covers, but you will need custom tunning to get the most out of the mods
