Get an Overkilled Tune from Will.

He is a vendor on the site or check out his webpage getoverkilled.ca

You'll fine that he is highly recommended when it comes to canned "mail order" pcms and he just updated his LS4 tune and fine tuned it.

I read some info on his tunes; sounds good. How does his tune compare to a 'live' dyno tune? obviously the ladder will be more exact but I'd like to deal with someone who has experience with a specific vehicle rather than a general tuner. Can he take data logs for a more precise calibration?

He can do data logs in person (Canada), but you can also send him your datalogs and he can adjust the tune as needed.
