This TSB (Applies to most 2005-2009 GM vehicles) seems to have solved any problems I was having over the past 2 years randomly...

I had the following problems:

• Remote Start would randomly not start car, but would only flash marker lights.
• Alarm would go off randomly when car was remotely started
• Car would not respond to keyfob until started once with key, then would work fine after
• One day, DIC displayed 'AC disabled to protect engine" for the whole day, Car would take 3 to 5 times to turn over, Temperature guage had no reading. (Was a bad day)
• DIC would display Charging System Failure after starting car (Happened 5 times randomly through out the past year) -- Battery and Charging system all tested fine.
• Check Engine light on, indicated error with Passenger Presense Sensor (Passenger seat sensor) -- Recalibrated sensor and reset codes, problem went away but probably related to this TSB.

So my friend sent me this TSB the day I had all the starting issues on my car (about a month ago). At his shop we put dielectric grease on the connectors for the ECM (In airbox), TCM (In airbox) and BCM (Accessible behind the plastic cover on the end of driver-side dash). I have not experienced any problems since. (Knock on wood)

Hope this helps other fellow GXP owners. I would recommend all GM owners with 2005-2009 vehicles do this anyways. Better safe than having your vehicle not start some day.
