Ok, so I only have a GTP...you GXP folks get your laughs on...hahaha!

But have any of you all seen a real shaker hood on a GXP? Me neither until this: http://www.streetfire.net/profile/Pauls325.htm

This guy modified a '77 hood onto his GXP. Or had a shop do it. Either way it looks good to me.

It does look good. Too bad it isn't functional.

hehe, might look a tad funny with the shaker vibrating front to back rather than side to side like the old ones did. either way, im sure it took a lot of work. I kinda like it!

I think it's the matte black hood that really doesn't close the deal.

yeah i just watched em and i want that hood scoop thing even more now. its just it would be hard to do I think plus i would have to get a shaker hood, and i still want a vid just next to the car as he revs it showing to see if it truly "rumbles" u know if it rocks back and forth.

DP 08 GXP says that he's on LS1Tech. He may have some more vids or can make a vid of the angle you want.

I can't say I hate it, but he should open up the front and make it a "Ram Air" into his air box so he can at least say its functional too...

^X2 about making it functional.

I think it looks pretty cool. Definitely something different

I think that this could be made functional, too...with not much more effort. If he did that, it would be truly badass.
