until recently I've only ever ran premium.. but seeing as im about to own 2 vehicles I switched to the mid grade at 20-30 cents cheaper then premium. Premium here is 91 while the mid grade is 90, not sure why that is.

I always run premium (93) in my GXP. Cost is $0.30 higher per gallon than regular unleaded, but not having knock issues is worth it to me and is just part of the cost of owning the vehicle.

i always run prem, the no knock is worth it too me as well, and just a tip if they have it in your area, check the stickers on the pump, even if the pump says (low) (mid) (high), if there are only two stickers (most of the time being on the low and high) then the (mid) gas is the same as the (low) gas, only place i know of locally that does that is a few of the speedways

just food for thought :P
