so my SES light came on.. and with the HP tuner.. and i had the following..

P0410 - Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System

i ignored/cleared it for a day and then today the light came back on again for the same reason..
any idea what that means?

also when i scanned with the tuner this is what it said EXACTLY

[PCM] P0410 - Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System (SES) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[Brake] C1238 - Brake Thermal Model Exceeded (History)

when i cleared them the P0410 cleared and also took the SES off.. but the other one (C1238) stayed on..

any ideas?

When that comes up it means the air pump that pumps air into the cat has gone bad. Honestly I didnt think we had one on the LS4.

Even so not every single car comes equipped with A.I.R.

Mostly, only California cars have them. Its probably the smog pump that went bad. Why not see about having A.I.R. removed from your car all together?

BTW A.I.R. means Air Injection Reactor.

Nah... Still for three years warranty on it... I'm gonna suck every dollar I can from those GM bastards here in this town!
