I emailed Ed Morad for a spare PCM, and once I get one I'll be sending it in to Will to get tuned. They have nothing but good things to say about it at CGP.

Good luck with yours. Have you been able to get ahold of will? I emailed a couple days ago, but got no answer back.

I just send the email about 30min ago so no, not yet. Erik At Morad did though, real fast service.

*edit* Will emailed me about an hour ago. I'll just be getting the PCM from him.

Erik is the man.

I guess Will just doesn't want peoples business. :dunno: I have heard of him not getting back to people.

All, I have posted before that Will used my car to demo/develop his tune. I have seen a lot of posts here and on other forums about Will being hard to reach and non-repsonsive. I think members should be a bit more understanding and realize that people have a life outside the club and Will runs this business solely by Himself . I too have had some difficulty reaching him but he does eventually reply and truly wants to do a good job for everyone, not just for a successful business but also because he enjoys this hobby.

I can also understand the impatience people have because I too could hardly wait to get the tune! But in the end you will have the best tune out there especially for the money. I know that part of the delay for him is getting cores from our area. I have personally met Will and can vouch for the fact that he is an extremely nice guy who would bend over backwards for anyone and wouldn't intentionally not respond to e-mails unless he is too busy to do so. He may also be getting swamped with inquiries as the tune becomes available. I know he still works hard on the non-GXP tunes as well.

I hope this post reaches other boards as this tune makes it's way to the market so people give the guy a bit of a break. I know it is easy for me to say this because I already have the tune and people have been waiting for quite some time to get one, but please consider my points before slamming him.

Bob

Three days for a yes or no isn't asking too much. I run a business and my customers wouldn't be my customers very long if it look me that long to respond back. I am not knocking the guy, but would rather deal with a company that gives the customer the service needed. Problem is that if his mail order tune is everything it is cracked up to be then if we want it we don't have a choice but to settle for lagging service.

I buy everything from ZZP and Morad at this point and the service is top notch. They both answer my emails withing the day and have my stuff at my door the next day. If you are selling a competing product, it helps to have similar service.

Nothing against Will and I do understand he has a business to run but he has not gotten back to me in nearly three weeks and I know he has received my PCM a few days ago. I just need him to reply and let me know that he has it and is tuning it.

You guys do have some valid points. I would say that three weeks is too long for a reply when purchasing a product marketed from a "business". How are you to know whether or not you were scammed?

I do think your paitience will be rewarded.

Cool, I can't wait to see what others think about this tune. I don't think my experience was the same because the tune was tweaked many times over the course of a month or so.

Anyone been able to find out about these for the GXP? Last I heard they would be available in Mid November. Have contacted them via the email on the web page with no response.
