What year is your GXP? most of the tuners are made for the 06-07 years, the ECM is different in the 05 and 08 cars. As for the tranny fluid, whether its dex 6 or 3 I think most guys change it around 50kmi. I changed mine at 36kmi and will do it again this weekend at 64kmi, so yeah i would change it.

Did any of the tuners ever work on the GXP's? I know that Charles Beyerch, the inventor of the PowrTuner had all the parameters to do it, but never put them in the PowrTuner.

Superchips and Diablosport work for the 06-07's. other than that you can get an Overkill PCM/TCM tune, Trifecta, or Vector tune for all years, but those are all module swaps. I have an Overkill tune and love it.

Make sure you remember the GXPs have PCMs and TCMs.

I've been wanting to remove my rev limiter since i got the car, still waiting...It takes all the fun out of being at a red light next to some pansy ass homo in a cougar or scion who thinks his girl car is fast.

eBay + tuning = hot lava. Don't touch. If I had a GXP, I'd hit up Will at Overkill to get a tune and whatever else you want done.

Someone on here just sent their comps out for a tune. The post was pretty new probably on the first page. I'm to lazy to look.

Great guy to work with, but he's busy so cant always get back to you right away, but its worth it. Andrew, the tune is great, MPG's up by 1, more power mid-upper range, and very responsive. Now the most noticeable improvement has got to be the shifts. Firm, quick to upshifts and down shifts.

I know where the PCM is but I have no idea where to locate the TCM as I am sending them to Will for a tune. Can someone help me as to where I would locate the TCM?

The diablosport trinity is a nice choice. Guys over on ls1tech seem to be happy with it. There is also a guy on ls1tech that can do a custom tune for the trinity's and predators. Search lew tune over there is you are interested.
