Time for new brakes on the GXP. I'm going to replace the rotors and pads. I have 61,000 miles on the stock brakes now. I've found two different ones on ebay and I don't know if one is better then the other. They both have a one year warranty, zinc coating, ceramic pads, and crossed drilled and slotted. Just want to know which everyone thinks is better or if anyone has experience with either brand. The only difference I see is one is $40 cheaper.

I have a set of blank rotors from R1 concepts. They are ok. Mine squeal when they get hot during stop and go traffic. I never heard of anyone having issues with the slotted/cross drilled rotors from R1 concepts.

Drilled rotors can develop stress cracks around the holes. Slotted only is the best way to go and most Ebay sellers will make them that way if you contact them.

I agree with Don, what is also important is if you do go with the holes ( or combo of holes and slots ) , be certain that the holes are chamfered !!!

OE style from Rockauto. Raybestos rotors and ceramics with painted vanes and hubs. Very nice.
