I'm going to buy three gauges for my pod, and want to know if anyone has experience connecting a vacuum gauge and a air pressure gauge. I'm also going to do a volt meter. I know we have that on the DIC, but I want to do the easiest gauges possible. This is only for looks anyway. So any input on the three easiest to put in would be great. In my 04 GP I did trans temp, oil pressure, and volts. They were not too bad, but thought that maybe the vacuum and air pressure would be easier to do.

They aren't all that expensive and are worth every penny.

$400 for duals from Aeroforce, then you could get a wideband to fill the 3 pod. That's the way to go IMO. Could also look for some used ones to save some money.

If it just plugs into the OBDII port does that mean it works on any car? I looked on the website and it said nothing about my year applications...

There supposed to work on most cars. Theres about three different versions they have, mostly the PT and CN versions. The car must have an OBDII port though.

Couple notes....a wideband gauge doesn't just plug into the ECM. A/F gauge, maybe... but NOT a wideband.

Also, why not spend the 500 or so bucks on something that makes a difference in performance instead of making it "look" like you have goodies? IMHO, that's as bad as slapping decals for parts you don't own all over and clearing the shelves at Vatozone.

EH? Was just stating that you can't just "plug-in" a wideband. It requires a wideband O2 sensor.

OK, but how is that pertinent to this guy and his N/A motor?

I have my gauges now and I need to install them. Can someone tell me where the best place is to find a switched voltage (with ignition on), and where to tap into a vacuum line? Be as specific as possible. I was hoping I could tap into the wires behind that panel on the drivers side. I need constant voltage, switched voltage, and ground.
