Do they make an engine oil breather for our cars like they do for the 3.8L motor?

I wouldn't do it. There's really no need for one unless you are turboed or are having PCV problems. And most breathers that I've seen are just store bought filters and come custom job to get it onto the oil cap.
However, having said that, the one places like ZZP,intese, etc sell might actually work on the GXP's. I've never actually touched a GXP LS4 engine, but I'd assume that the oil caps are swappable between the most GM vehicles (I know a lot of them are since they are all a pretty standard size) so a 3800 breather might actually work on your engine. Not positive, just throwing that out there.

Intense lists their billet one as working on LS3's, 3800's, L76's, and other's so based on that I'd say any breather filter would work.
