the Full down pipe w/cat is 290
Just down pipe $100
magnafow high flow cat $70

If you pan on keeping stock exhaust or the cat back the full DP/w cat might be better for you as it is flanged for the stock exhaust. And drops from the 3" of the DP to the factory piping or 2.5" just after the cat.
But if your like me and want to run full 3" it would be cheaper to buy the cat and DP seperate. then put the $100 you saved towards a electic cutout, which last time i checked on pfyc.com was 160
