With so much discussion over wheels and tires, winter / summer, sizes and such, I couldnt help but think how much I love the wheels on my wife's Aztek...better known as the chrome sawblade wheels that came on the Bonnevilles. At 17x7.5 its right in between the front/ rear widths and the 17 inchers in "Winter Boots" thread I thought looked kick-butt tough.

I did this chop to get an idea of what a set would look like. The diameter may not be exact but I did go smaller than the 18s orginally pictured on the car. I love this look!

Black chrome on that colour would rock.

I think the smoked look of black chrome would look tight on a black or white GXP, but on the colors I think I would prefer the bright chrome.

i think that looks ugly, not sure why u would want a smaller rim, and not keep the alcoa's, but to each his own.

If they made the sawblade wheels in 18s then that would be a choice, but since 17s are all they made then its preference thing.

I'm personally not crazy about the stock Alcoa wheels on the GXP, and the whole mis-matched wheel/tire thing doesnt work for me. I would change that straight away if I purchased one.
