Someone who has extensive experience using HPTuners.. For the midwestish region I'd go to Edgemont, SD (near Hot Springs which is near Rapid City)

From what I've heard Will @ Overkill can tune for the LS4 now. Send him an email to see if he can ship you a tuned PCM. The only thing is that the Cores are hard to find

Not that it helps you, but Tune Time Performance in Toms River, NJ is also a good shop.

I went with a superchips and am very happy. The change in the transmission alone was enough to make all my worries go away. Plus, I can tune it back to stock for checkups at the stealership.
