I am talking with a dealer now about getting a fully loaded 09.5 G8GT Black with 2tone interior $35,190 msrp for $399/72mths with taxes down...

I just responded asking him the terms, I told him in previous emails what I wanted so that should be according to what I want... I shall find out soon, if that is true, I will buy it Saturday..

BUT chances are, with my luck, NOT GONNA HAPPEN AND HE IS BULL SHITTING ME

wait, how much are you putting down? are you going to trade in your car? i'm looking to get in to a G8 also.. i can get a loaded G8 from my local dealer for 26K but i owe $2.5k more than they would give me for my car...

sounds to me that $399/mo is a bit low.. what deal exactly are they giving you?

How much are they giving you on trade for your car? I looked into buying an 09 GT also and my payments were going to be about $450 a month!

I walked out the door with mine for 24,500. my payments are for 5 years. I don't ask about the payments I ask about the bottom line.

$24.5k sounds very low to me unless you didn't get a loaded GT.. that is way below invoice even with rebates.


EDIT: nevermind, i saw on one of your other posts that you had a trade that pushed it down... with good credit you are prolly around $400 a month

Never negotiate payments. Negotiate the price, and then interest rate. Not many people buying new cars now so you're in the driver seat for a good deal.

I understand that, I sold cars for a while.. I gave the guy so many stipulations that he cant pork me on the deal... I should be getting the buyers order today faxed to me...

So as long as he wasnt lying, which I have his emails and that dealer cares A LOT about there reputation, I should be good to go...

If all is good, I am driving up tonight and will be at the dealer in the morning, then I have to take out my audio equipment.. lol
